A retired Major of the Sri Lanka Army with over 23 years of military experience, Major Abeykoon founded H Hour Security Service to bring genuine command discipline into private security — not just the uniform, but the standards, the accountability and the operational rigour behind it.
He is responsible for the company's overall leadership and strategic direction, setting the standards that flow down through every level of operations — from the team coordinating daily deployments and client communication, to the field officers and supervisors who inspect sites and maintain standards on the ground.
Under his leadership, H Hour Security Service employs experienced ex-military personnel trained to maintain high security standards while delivering respectful, customer-friendly service — built on the same values of integrity, loyalty, punctuality and professionalism he served under in uniform.
